Newcastle United have the best clean sheet chances of the FPL Gameweek 23 fixtures as they entertain Luton Town, with their defensive assets very popular in the game. The Magpies have kept a leading tally of six home clean sheets in this campaign.
Centre-back Fabian Schar was among the star performers of the midweek games, scoring a brace against Aston Villa to chalk up 17 fantasy points. The centre-back ranks fourth among defenders for shots on goal this season, with 22.
James Maddison vs Everton (A), £7.9m

Spurs playmaker James Maddison has returned from a lengthy ankle injury which has seen his ownership drop significantly to differential territory, in just 9.7% of sides at the time of writing.
He was a popular fantasy midfielder in the opening ten gameweeks of the season, where he registered an impressive nine goal involvements, which placed him second behind Mohamed Salah among midfielders for output in this period.
Gabriel Jesus vs Liverpool (H), £8.0m

Gabriel Jesus has been one of the star performers in January, returning three attacking returns for Arsenal. That has coincided with an upturn in form for the Gunners, with consecutive wins where they’ve scored seven goals.
Jesus has now started three of Arsenal’s last four games, but remains in only 4.3% of sides, with eight attacking returns in 13 starts this campaign. The reverse of this fixture ended in a 1-1 draw, while Jesus returned home and away against Liverpool last season.
