“Give him the Puskas Award right now!” – Twitter reacts to Dmitri Payet’s Marseille wondergoal vs PAOK

Dmitri Payet scored a staggering goal as Marseille beat PAOK 2-1 in the Europa Conference League.
Marseille were already 1-0 up thanks to Gerson (assisted by Payet, of course) when, in the closing moments of the first-half, the Frenchman met a Cengiz Under corner with a barely believeable half volley from the edge of the box.
The ball rifled off Payet’s foot and into the top corner of the net, leaving Alexandros Paschalakis in the PAOK goal with no chance. A stunning, breathtaking strike that deservedly wound up being the match-winner.
