With two gameweeks remaining in the 2024 Six Nations, pre-tournament favourites Ireland have opened up a six point lead at the top of the table with a 100% record so far.

Next up for the Irish is a trip to Twickenham to take on an England team that they have beaten in each of their last four encounters. England’s last victory against the men in green came back in November 2020 in the Autumn Nations Cup and the side now marshalled by Steve Borthwick have only managed two wins against Ireland in their previous seven Six Nations encounters.

Ireland have had the upper hand against England in recent years and each of their last four victories have all been by a 13 point margin or greater. Andy Farrell’s side to win with a -12.5 point handicap on Saturday is priced up at 9/10 with sportsbook CopyBet.

When these two teams meet there are usually a fair few points flying around. Only one of the last nine head to heads has featured fewer than 36 points and it could be another high scoring affair in south-west London. Dan Sheehan is the competition’s second leading try scorer with four to his name and he’s the 11/2 frontrunner to score the opening try in this one.

Interestingly, England have a group of six players who have each scored a single try in the tournament so far. Of them, Immanuel Feyi-Waboso is regarded as the most likely to add to his tally, on offer at 21/10 to score anytime.

Ireland are strong favourites at 1/6 for the win, with England available at 4/1. But if you think you can predict the outcome of this clash, CopyBet are giving their social media followers the chance to win a 2024 Six Nations shirt of their choice by commenting on their Prediction Challenge.
