Christian Eriksen to Tottenham transfer latest: Odds slashed on Spurs return

Christrian Eriksen is in to 6/4 to return to Tottenham in the January transfer window following a difficult year at Inter Milan.
Eriksen has made just 12 Serie A starts since moving to Milan 12 months ago and looks certain for a transfer before the February 2 deadline.
Earlier in the window, Paris Saint-Germain – under new manager Mauricio Pochettino – were heavy favourites to sign the Dane, with a return to Spurs considered unlikely at 16/1.
However, the odds on Tottenham bringing Eriksen back have been slashed over the last 10 days amid reports Jose Mourinho is keen to bring the 28-year-old back to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on loan.
Eriksen has fallen out of favour under Antonio Conte in Milan after failing to register a goal or an assist this season and the former Chelsea boss is reportedly keen to offload him this month.
Fabrizio Romano claims the £6.6m-a-year salary could prove a stumbling block as Eriksen looks for more regular football ahead of the European Championships this summer.
PSG remain among the favourites at 5/2 while a move to the other side of north London is priced at 9/1 following reports linking Erkisen to Arsenal earlier in the wondow.
