The draw for the last-16 of the Uefa Champions League has been made with each team now knowing who they most overcome to reach the quarter-finals.

With every single team coming from one of Europe’s top five leagues, there are no easy routes to the final this year, and the English quartet of Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea will have their work cut out to reach Istanbul.

Who awaits the PL quartet in the Champions League?

  • Liverpool: Atletico Madrid
  • Manchester City: Real Madrid
  • Tottenham Hotspur: RB Leipzig
  • Chelsea: Bayern Munich

Holders Liverpool have been given a tough nut to crack in the form of Atletico Madrid, while Chelsea face German champions and group stage juggernauts Bayern Munich in a repeat of the 2012 final.

Man City face 13-time winners Real Madrid and Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham take on Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig.

Elsewhere, five-time winners Barcelona take on Italian strugglers Napoli, debutants Atalanta face Valencia and Borussia Dortmund take on an impressive PSG.
