Southampton vs West Brom: Predictions
Southampton will look to build upon their 1-0 win over Burnley last time out when they host a struggling West Brom on Sunday afternoon.
The Saints put some much-needed points on the board after falling to 1-0 and 5-2 defeats to Crystal Palace and Tottenham in their opening two games of the campaign and Ralph Hasenhuttl will now be keen for his side to get on a roll to push up the table.
As for West Brom, even at this early stage of the season, it looks like it’s going to be a struggle to stay in the Premier League for the Baggies.
Slaven Bilic’s men lie 17th in the table with just one point from three games and a league-high 11 goals conceded. In their most recent match, West Brom threw away a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 at home with Chelsea.

Southampton vs West Brom: Team Stats
It seemed like Southampton had sorted their defensive issues out during their 1-0 win over Burnley and Hasenhuttl will be confident the fact that his side will have enough going forward to seal the points against a leaky West Brom side, should his backline continue to perform.
Danny Ings has been on fire over the past 18 months and since the start of last season, has scored a league-high 12 opening goals. He’ll be licking his lips at the prospect of facing Bilic’s generous defence.
Southampton vs West Brom: Team News
