Parma vs Inter Milan: Predictions
Over the past 10 seasons, Inter Milan have had to watch on as their rivals dominate Serie A, first with AC Milan ending the Nerazzurri’s five-year streak and then Juventus stringing together nine consecutive titles. But this season they finally look on their way to Scudetto number 19, which would move them back above AC Milan as Italy’s second-most successful club.
Antonio Conte’s men currently occupy top spot in Serie A, four points clear of second-placed AC Milan and seven of Juventus in third, having lost just twice all season. They go into this game unbeaten in seven league matches, a run that has included victories over Juventus and AC Milan, the latter as part of a run of five consecutive wins.
In stark contrast, as things stand Parma look set for relegation, in the bottom three and in bad form. Parma have won just two Serie A games all season and are five points from safety, while also having played a game more than 17th-placed Torino.
Having left the club last summer, Roberto D’Aversa was brought back in January to try and turn things around, but they are still awaiting their first win in the Italian’s second reign, drawing three and losing six of his nine games across all competitions so far.

Parma vs Inter Milan: Match Stats
These two sides couldn’t be in any more different form, with Inter Milan winning five in a row in the league and Parma without a win since the end of November. Away from home, Inter are unbeaten in four and have kept a clean sheet in their past three while Parma are also the lowest scorers in Serie A this season.
There might not be a more prolific strike partnership in Europe this season than Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku, and Parma will not be looking forward to their visit. The pair have combined to score 31 goals in Serie A this season, more than Parma have managed as a team (19), and have scored seven goals in their past three league matches.
15 September 2018 – Inter Milan 0-1 Parma – Serie A
Despite their poor record this season, Parma have already taken points off Inter Milan, holding the Nerazzurri to a 2-2 draw at the San Siro back in October. The draw extended Inter Milan’s unbeaten run against Parma to four league games, their longest such run since 2010, last tasting defeat in September 2018.
