What is a supercharge?
Exactly what it sounds like. A supercharge is a Kwiff feature that allows any bet, at any time, to be boosted to any price that the algorithm decides.
How many Kwiff supercharges you get and how much your price is boosted is decided by the algorithm, so customers place their bet as normal and then check to see if they’ve been ‘Kwiffed’ and offered enhanced odds.
Usually, a confirmation of your bet will appear at the bottom of your screen, but when your odds have been supercharged, a graphic will display on screen to explain the supercharge amount. Odds can be boosted several times over.
Premier League: Betting Tips
We’re placing some shorter odds singles bets this weekend in the Premier League and you can view full details below:
Man City vs Norwich Tip
Manchester City didn’t get their Premier League campaign off to the best of starts last weekend with a defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, but that result may well have rattled the cage of the defending champions ahead of the visit of newly-promoted Norwich City on Saturday.
The Canaries were beaten comfortably by a 0-3 scoreline at home to Liverpool last weekend and they’ll have bad memories of their last trip to the Etihad Stadium, where they were beaten 5-0 in July 2020. Expect goals galore in a thumping home victory here.
Famously, Brighton & Hove Albion struggled for goals last term despite boasting some of the best creative stats in the league. The Seagulls were able to find the net twice at Turf Moor last weekend however, overcoming an early James Tarkowski header to win 1-2 thanks to strikes from Alexis Mac Allister and birthday boy Neal Maupay.
Watford meanwhile were also victorious on the opening day, racing into a 3-0 lead against Aston Villa, only for the visitors to claw two goals back and set up a nervy finish at Vicarage Road. With so many goals shared in the two matches involving these teams last week, the 11/10 odds on Over 2.5 goals look too good to miss – so just imagine if they were supercharged too!
Chelsea cruised to a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace on the opening weekend, having secured a healthy two goal lead before the break thanks to goals from Marcos Alonso and Christian Pulisic. Now, they will be out to send a statement to their fellow title hopefuls by defeating London rivals Arsenal away from home on Sunday afternoon.
A trip to the Emirates Stadium is not as daunting as it once was though and Mikel Arteta’s side got their campaign off to the worst possible start with a 2-0 defeat at Brentford in the Bees’ first ever Premier League fixture last Friday night. The Gunners conceded either side of half-time in that game and we expect them to be behind at half-time and full-time against the Blues.
