Crystal Palace will be looking to do an unlikely double over Man City this campaign having already beaten them 2-0 at the Eithad in October. Palace won 2-0 at Wolves last time out to make it seven points from their last three. Going into the weekend they sat comfortably in 11th place. Wilf Zaha is in good goalscoring form with three in his last three.
At Selhurst Park, the Eagles are a little out of form with three defeats and one draw (with Burnley) in their last four. Two of those defeats came against Chelsea and Liverpool with the other to West Ham. In just one of their last eight here have the London side kept a clean sheet and that was against Norwich. They need to be switched on more as two of their last three at home has seen them concede in the final few minutes.
Man City made it back-to-back league wins last weekend with a comfortably 4-1 defeat of Man United before a goalless draw in midweek saw them ease into the Champions League last eight. City have won four of their last five but know that they can not relax with Liverpool just three points behind them. The Blue half of Manchester to win and under 3.5 goals would have paid in five of their last nine. Rihad Mahrez is in good goalscoring form with three in his last three.
Away from the Etihad, City are unbeaten since August 15th when they lost at Tottenham winning nine of their last ten. Just one of their last five on the road has gone over 3.5 goals and that was against Norwich. Raheem Sterling has three in the last two on his travels while Phil Foden has two in two. In just two of their last six away fixtures have City conceded a goal.
Crystal Palace vs Man City: Match Stats
Man City did lose to Crystal Palace earlier in the season but you would expect them to come out on top still. Both Chelsea and Liverpool have won here in recent weeks and City are as good as both these teams if not better. City don’t tend to blow teams away and Pep will be happy with the points so take City and under 3.5 goals.
Conor Gallagher has already seven bookings to his name this season including in each of his last two in all competitions. When you play in midfield against City it is going to be hard work tracking the ball. The Chelsea man is a great ball player but not a great tackler so back him to be shown a card at any time.

The reverse fixture came back on October 30th and Palace shocked City that day winning 2-0 at the Etihad. Raheem Sterling does not mind a meeting with the Eagles grabbing three in his last six against them. Gabriel Jesus does well at Selhurst Park having grabbed two in his last three visits here.
