Fulham vs Liverpool: Betting tips, predictions, odds & match preview
Liverpool will be aiming to keep their place in the Premier League’s top four when they travel to London to face Fulham on Sunday afternoon.
Fulham vs Liverpool: Predictions
The defending champions haven’t been at the same level they were when they won the title last season, and have a number of injury issues to blame for that. But they still find themselves second in the table after 11 games, only behind Tottenham on goal difference.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have lost just once so far in the league this season, that 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa many had thought could be a sign of a weakened Liverpool side. Yet they have won seven of their 11 games, are the Premier League’s top scorers, and were able to rest players in the Champions League in midweek having already secured top spot.
Liverpool’s away form in the league may cause some concern for fans, with the Reds winning just one of their five matches on the road so far, drawing three and losing once.
However, they face a Fulham side that have struggled both home and away, currently 17th in the league with just two wins so far. Scott Parker’s side are among the favourites to be relegated from the Premier League this season, and with just a point separating them and the bottom three, it may be a long campaign for the Cottagers, especially if Liverpool do return to winning ways on the road.

Fulham vs Liverpool: Match Stats
Liverpool have been exciting to watch this season, with their games so far seeing 43 goals scored (26 for, 17 against), the most of any team in the Premier League. At an average, that’s almost four every game and only three of their 11 matches have seen fewer than three goals scored, with two of those coming against Chelsea and Manchester City. They are the league’s top scorers and Fulham have the second-worst defence, which can only mean goals are coming.
One man you can almost guarantee to bring goals to Craven Cottage this weekend is Mohamed Salah. Since the start of the 2017/18 season, when he returned to the Premier League with Liverpool, the Egyptian has scored 82 goals in 118 appearances, more than any other player in that time. Nine of those have come in 10 appearances this season, including one against Brighton last time out.

Fulham’s recent record against Liverpool does not make good reading for fans of the Cottagers, as they have lost the last six meetings between the two sides. That run has seen Liverpool score 18 goals while conceding just four.
The last time Fulham beat the Reds came in the 2011/12 Premier League season, when Martin Jol’s side did the double over Kenny Dalglish’s, winning 1-0 both home and away.
