PSG vs Real Sociedad odds
*Odds correct as of 07:00 on February 7
Real Sociedad will face Paris Saint-Germain in their first appearance in the Champions League round of 16 in 20 years. For PSG, this is their 12th consecutive season at this stage.
While the Spanish club have not featured in the round of 16 since 2003/04, the first season the stage was introduced, PSG have consistently made it this far, although they have been eliminated at this stage in five out of their last seven campaigns.
Luis Enrique’s men finished second in the competition’s opening phase, collecting eight points in Group F to edge out AC Milan on a head-to-head record and finish runners-up to Borussia Dortmund.
Real Sociedad, meanwhile, progressed as Group D winners, holding off last season’s runners-up Inter Milan, courtesy of a goalless draw at San Siro on matchday six after the teams had finished unbeaten and level on 12 points.
This is the sides’ first meeting – the only round-of-16 tie the teams have not previously faced off.
