Wolves vs Liverpool Premier League predictions: Tips, odds and team news
Liverpool will be hoping to continue their unbeaten start when they travel to face Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday at 12:30pm (UK time).
Wolves vs Liverpool odds
Liverpool are one of six teams still unbeaten in the Premier League. The Reds are currently third in the table, two points behind leaders Manchester City and only below Tottenham Hotspur on goal difference. Jurgen Klopp’s side started the season with a 1-1 draw away to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge but have built on that with three consecutive wins. The first came against Bournemouth before Newcastle and Aston Villa — two of last season’s top seven — fell before the international break.
Wolves, meanwhile, are languishing in the bottom half of the table with three defeats from their opening four games. Their start to the season was a rocky one as Julen Lopetegui left just a few days before their Premier League opener, with Gary O’Neil coming in. Things were looking good in their first game but Wolves couldn’t finish their chances as lost 1-0 to Manchester United at Old Trafford. They were then beaten 4-1 by Brighton, but bounced back with a 1-0 win over Everton. However, it was another defeat before the international break as Crystal Palace beat Wolves 3-2.

Wolves vs Liverpool match tip
Mohamed Salah to score or assist @ 4/6 with Paddy Power
Having turned down the advances of Al-Ittihad, Mohamed Salah will be looking to continue his impressive streak in the Premier League, where he has either scored or assisted in each of his last 10 Premier League matches. This season, in four Premier League games, the Egyptian has two goals and two assists. Only Erling Haaland has been directly involved in more Premier League goals this season.
If Salah assists here, he will become just the fourth player in Premier League history to assist in five successive away games after Muzzy Izzet (2003), and Spaniards Cesc Fàbregas and Gerard Deulofeu (both in 2015).
Wolves vs Liverpool Bet-Builder tip
Liverpool to win, Over 2.5 goals & BTTS in 2nd Half
Liverpool have found the winning formula after opening with a draw and they’ll be hoping the international break doesn’t cut their momentum. At the same time, Wolves’ sole victory this season came against the pointless Everton. In Wolves’ only Premier League home game so far this season, the Midlands club were beaten 4-1 by Brighton, while Liverpool have scored at least twice in each of their past three matches. Wolves have also been slow starters with all four of their goals coming after half time.
The Reds are currently on the longest unbeaten run in the Premier League, winning 10 and drawing five of their last 15 matches in the competition and have an impressive record against Gary O’Neil’s side, winning 12 of their last 13 Premier League games against Wolves.
Liverpool are unbeaten in their past seven Premier League away matches.
Liverpool have scored at least two goals in each of their past three Premier League games.
All four of Wolves' Premier League goals this season have been scored in the second half.

Hwang Hee-chan was fit enough to make a substitute appearance against Crystal Palace following an injury scare, meaning Joseph Hodge is Wolves’ only absentee right now. Fabio Silva and Matheus Cunha should both continue up top, while Pedro Neto will be looking to add to the three assists he has already provided this season.

Virgil van Dijk was awarded a further one-match ban for abusive language and behaviour towards an official after his red card against Newcastle, so will have to sit this one out at Molineux alongside Spanish midfielder Thiago, who remains on the treatment table. Jurgen Klopp will also have to wait on the fitness of three first team players, with Ibrahima Konate working his way back to fitness, Trent Alexander-Arnold missing England’s recent games against Ukraine and Scotland, and Darwin Nunez, who was forced off at HT for Uruguay against Ecuador.
New midfielder Ryan Gravenberch will be hoping to make his debut for the club after joining from Bayern before the international break.
