*Odds correct as of 17:00 on September 19

This is Liverpool’s first campaign in the Europa League since reaching the final in 2015/16. The Reds have won just four of their 21 away games in the tournament (nine draws and eight losses), including just one of their last nine (five draws and three losses), a 1-0 win over Rubin Kazan in November 2015. LASK, meanwhile, have only lost one of their last 16 matches in all European competitions (11 wins and four draws), a 1-4 defeat to Slavia Prague in last season’s Europa Conference League.

Jurgen Klopp’s side will be looking to extend their unbeaten streak however, with the visitors avoiding defeat in each of their last 16 straight matches. The Reds won five and lost one of their six group stage matches in the Champions League last term and will be looking for another positive start to their European campaign this time around, even if it is in the Europa League.
