After securing their place at Euro 2024 with a 3-1 win over Italy last month, England will want to finish off their qualifying campaign in style and preserve their unbeaten record in Group C. Gareth Southgate’s men made it seven wins from their last eight matches (including friendlies) with that all important three points against the Azzurri thanks to goals from Harry Kane (2) and Marcus Rashford as they made it eight games unbeaten since their World Cup loss to France in Qatar.

They currently sit six points ahead of Italy in third and three points above Ukraine, who have played one game more, so just a point will be enough to top Group C. But the Three Lions should have a comfortable evening against the group whipping boys, who will finish bottom of the group having lost all seven of their qualifying matches, conceding 18 and scoring just twice.

Malta did find the back of the net for the first time in six qualifying matches last time out against Ukraine with a surprise 12th minute opener from Paul Mbong, but eventually lost 3-1.

England vs Malta match tip

Over 3.5 England goals @ 12/25 with Casumo Sports

Malta have been the whipping boys of Group B, losing all seven of their matches and conceding 4+ goals to both England and Italy. In fact, England have won each of their last two matches against Malta by a 4-0 scoreline.

England vs Malta Bet-Builder tip

Harry Kane to score anytime > England over 3.5 team goals

As mentioned above, Malta have lost all seven qualifying matches for Euro 2024, but have also found the back of the net just twice. Their only goal in their last six matches was a surprise opening goal against Ukraine, a match they would go on to lose 3-1. Harry Kane is looking to extend his lead as England’s all-time top goalscorer and add to the seven goals he has already scored in qualifying.
