In the first qualifying round, Paris FC beat Ukrainian side Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih 4-0 before knocking out Arsenal on penalties. In the second qualifying round there was a 5-3 aggregate victory over last season’s runners-up Wolfsburg. But the group stage started in defeat, with Paris FC falling 2-1 at home to BK Hacken, sitting bottom after one game. They will have another scalp in their sights, however.
