Brighton Women vs Arsenal Women odds
Arsenal had a disastrous start to the 2023/24 WSL season, losing to Liverpool and drawing with Manchester United. The latter was by no means a poor result, but they had to rely of Cloe Lacasse’s late equaliser to secure a point in a period that had seen Arsenal also bow out of the Women’s Champions League to Paris FC. However, since that draw with Man Utd, Arsenal have won their last four WSL games to climb up to second in the table. They are six points behind leaders Chelsea, but the Blues have already played this weekend, so can cut the advantage back to three.
Brighton, meanwhile, go into this game unbeaten in their last two including a famous 1-0 victory over Manchester City last weekend. The Seagulls opened the season with a victory over Everton but then fell to three straight defeats in the league against West Ham, Tottenham and Chelsea. The rot was stopped with a 2-2 draw against Man Utd that Brighton led until the eighth minute of injury time, a sucker punch to drop two points. But they did not let that affect them, scoring late themselves to secure all three points against Man City.

Brighton Women vs Arsenal Women Bet-Builder tip
Cloe Lacasse to score anytime, BTTS & Arsenal to win
Arsenal fans have a new favourite song, serenading Cloe Lacasse to ABBA’s Voulez-Vous, and it’s not just because the name fits. Lacasse scored the late equaliser against Man Utd earlier this season and also found the net in the 6-2 comeback win over Leicester, proving to be a good contributor to their attack. But Arsenal’s defence has been letting them down this season. They went 2-0 down against the Foxes and have conceded in all six of their WSL games so far this season. That shouldn’t stop them from getting the win, though, with a dominant record over Brighton.
Cloe Lacasse has scored twice for Arsenal in the WSL this season.
Arsenal are yet to keep a clean sheet in the WSL this season.
Arsenal have won eight of their last nine games against Brighton.
