How to watch Brighton vs Wolves live
Brighton vs Wolves is set for 3pm on Saturday 26th October but will not be broadcast live in the UK.
How both teams go into Brighton vs Wolves
Life under Hurzeler started fairly well for Brighton. The Seagulls sit fifth after eight games, with four wins and three draws from their opening seven matches. There was a rocky match where Brighton did go four games without victory. But they bounced back from that with a come-from-behind win against Tottenham before the international break.
Brighton are unbeaten in their four home league games so far this season, winning two and drawing two. The victories have been big ones too, with Tottenham and Manchester United leaving the Amex off the back of defeats.
At the other end of the table, things aren’t going well for Wolves. Gary O’Neil’s men are one of four teams yet to taste victory in the Premier League this season. They went into the October international break bottom of the table.
Wolves’ only point did come away from home, against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground. However, they have also conceded 11 goals across four away league matches this season.
Brighton host Wolves at the Amex Stadium on Saturday 26th October at 3pm.
Brighton team news
Brighton have numerous injuries, with Joao Pedro, James Milner, Matt O’Riley, Adam Webster, Solly March and Danny Welbeck all unavailable. There are also major doubts over Simon Adingra.
Wolves team news
Wolves have been struggling with injuries this season themselves. Yerson Mosquera has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, with Enso Gonzalez also expected to be out until the summer. Sasa Kalajdzic is a long-term absentee after his ACL injury in February, while Boubacar Traore won’t be back until around Christmas and Hee-Chan Hwang looks to face a couple of weeks on the sidelines. Goalkeeper Sam Johnstone is rated 50/50 to take part.
Brighton vs Wolves head-to-head
Brighton have already beaten Wolves this season, knocking them out of the EFL Cup. It comes as part of a wider recent domination, with Brighton winning five of the past seven meetings — having gone six without victory previously.
