Everton come into the game of a big loss in midweek when they went from 2-1 ahead to losing 3-2 to Burnley in a crucial relegation battle. Man United come into the back of this from a 1-1 draw with Leicester in an entertaining clash.

The Toffees are really involved in the relegation mix now with a difficult run in and just one point between them and Burnley in 18th. The visitors are just three points behind Spurs in fourth and can still make the Champions League.

At home, the Merseyside outfit have won two of their last four which accounts for their only pair of wins in their last 14 league games. On the road, the Red Devils have lost just one of their last eight while it is just one loss in 11 at all grounds in the league.

It might be torture for their fans but for the neutral Everton are an entertaining watch with eight goals in their last two. United have seen both teams score in six of their previous eight and each of last six when just looking at away matches.

Richarlison grabbed a brace in midweek (both penalties) and the Merseysiders are going to need him and Dominic Calvert-Lewin to start firing if they want to stay up. United will be hoping Cristiano Ronaldo returns after a hat-trick two games ago before having to miss out last time out.

Everton vs Man United: Match Stats

It is clear that Everton are desperate for points and the fans will expect them to come out and attack United. The Red Devils have seen both teams net in each of their last six on the road and this should be the case here.

The last two Toffees matches have produced eight goals and while the side is showing life going forward they look a mess at the back. The same could be said of United so back both teams to score and over 2.5 goals.
