Coventry vs Norwich: Predictions
The Canaries sit pretty at the top of the Championship following their 4-1 victory over Stoke on the weekend. Brentford’s 2-0 defeat allowed them to leapfrog the London club to the top spot, but now Daniel Farke’s men will be aiming to maintain their place at the top of the pile.
As for their hosts, Coventry currently sits just three points above the drop zone with points coming at a premium. Coventry have only picked up two points from their last four games which has left Mark Robins’ side lingering dangerously around the relegation places and having played at least one more game than the clubs around them.
Victory over Stoke had ended Norwich’s three-game winless drought which had left some of their fans concerned regarding their promotion charge. However, with the drought no broken, Farke will be hoping his side can kick on and extend their lead at the top against one of the league’s struggling sides.
Coventry could look to their last home game for some confidence after they held promotion-contenders Watford to a 0-0 draw. The Sky Blues surprisingly held their own against one of the league’s bigger sides which may provide Robins’ side a crumb of comfort as they get ready to face the Championship’s top dogs.

Coventry vs Norwich: Match Stats
The 30-year-old has been a constant threat within the box which can be seen through his shots on goal map.
Teemu Pukki added two goals to his tally in the weekend’s win over Stoke. The Finish striker takes his tally in the league up to 13 goals and will view Wednesday’s game as an opportunity to possibly add another couple to his evergrowing record. The 30-year-old has proven himself a threat within the box and with Emi Buendía and Todd Cantwell playing the Fin is likely to get a few more chances on Wednesday night.
Before Saturday’s clash against Stoke, goals had not scored more than two goals since November. Against a side which proved an extremely hard nut to crack when Watford visited it is possible Norwich could face similar struggles in front of goal.

23 August 2016 – Norwich 6-1 Coventry – League Cup
7 May 2011 – Norwich 2-2 Coventry – Championship
