Burnley have made a good start to the season having taken 13 points from their opening eight games to sit in sixth spot. They come into this fixture on the back of a 1-1 draw with West Brom which stretched their unbeaten run to five with three of these finishing all-square.
At Turf Moor, the Clarets have drawn three of their last four with the other seeing them defeat Millwall 2-0 last time out here. Three of the four here have seen both teams find the back of the net.
Norwich are going strong in the Championship and they sit in second place with 16 points from their first eight games. A 3-0 success over Coventry last time out made it five successive victories for the East Anglian outfit.
Away from Carrow Road, the Canaries lost their first two games (going down at Cardiff and Hull) before recent victories over Birmingham and Sunderland. Seven of the eight goals that have come in their away fixtures have come in the second-half.
Burnley vs Norwich Match Stats
Both these sides met in the Premier League last season and these encounters produced a total of just two goals. Low goals is also a theme when the so called big six (Burnley, Norwich, West Brom, Watford,Middlesbrough and Sheffield United) have met this season. In seven clashes between these sides this campaign five of them have gone under 2.5 goals so this looks the way to play it.
Josh Sargent and Teemu Pukki are showing signs of a blossing partnership up front and both look capable of causing damage here. Sargent is averaging over three shots per game and did this against Coventry last time out. Sky Bet have him set up at evens to register 3+ shots (just shots, not necessarily on target) in this fixture and that looks a good play.
