Brighton vs Spurs: Predictions
After enjoying an eight-game unbeaten run across all competitions, Spurs were finally undone by defending champions Liverpool in midweek, losing 3-1 on home soil.
However, Jose Mourinho’s men remain just four points adrift of the Champions League places with a game in hand on those above them, while an eight-point gap between themselves and leaders Manchester City is by no means insurmountable.
Brighton, meanwhile, are struggling at the opposite end of the table, sitting 17th, just five points clear of Fulham in the relegation zone having played one game extra.
That said, Graham Potter’s side have taken four points from their last two games and have lost just one of their previous four Premier League outings, so could provide a firm test for Spurs.
