Blackburn will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing home defeat to Bristol City at the weekend going down 1-0. Derby also suffered a defeat on Saturday as they lost 2-0 away to Bournemouth.
It is now three without a victory and just one in nine for Rovers who are badly missing Ben Brerton-Diaz. County are also struggling for form having lost four of their kast five league games.
Tony Mowbray and his side are in fifth spot and need to keeping winning with so many teams in the race for the top six. Derby also badly need the three points as they are second from bottom and five from safety.
Ewood Park is usually a difficult place to go get a result but Blackburn have won just one of their last four here. The East Midlands outfit are showing no signs of road form losing each of their last seven.
The Lancashire outfit are not one for neutrals to watch with their last six games producing a total of just five goals. Derby have also seen five of their last six matches go under 2.5 goals.

Rovers have managed just two goals from their last six home matches while County have just two in their last seven on the road. This game is unlikely to be high-scoring so the best betting angles are to oppose goals.
Take the fixture to be goalless at half-time given the struggles of both sides this looks appealing. In addition, backing the fixture to go under 1.5 goals also looks a sensible option.
