Austria started their campaign with an impressive 3-0 victory away at Croatia marking the first game in charge for Ralf Rangnick. Gameweek two saw their go down to the high-flying Denmark who came through 2-1.
It has been an even slower start from France who have picked up just one point from their opening two games. They were shocked at home to Denmark in gameweek one going down 2-1 and then were held by Croatia.
These two sides have not met for a while with their last competitive meetings coming in 2008 and 2009 in qualifying for the 2010 World Cup. On those occasions it was honours even with the team hosting the fixture winning 3-1.
Michael Gregoritsch is a player in form with in his last three internationals while Marcel Sabitzer has four in his last eight games. The visitors will be lead by Karim Benzema who has had a remarkable season grabbing 27 goals for Real Madrid.

It has been a slow start to qualifying for France but this is still a side who are among the favourites for the World Cup and were expected to win the Euros. Didier Deschamp does tend to trip himself up with some of his selections but it should be first team here as France look to make ground in the group.
