Alaves picked up a useful point in their relegation battle last time out drawing 2-2 away to Getafe. They still sit second bottom on 21 points having managed a victory in just one of their last 14. Each of their last four matches have gone over 2.5 goals and produced 14 goals in total. Former Newcastle and Stoke man Joselu has been among the goals recently with two in his last four.
At home, they are proving difficult opponents with Barcelona the only one of the last five teams to visit here to come out on top. On the road, they are unbeaten in five although each of the last three of these have finished all-square. Goals are in short supply with none of their last five away games going over 2.5 goals and producing just six in total. In just one of their last five on their travels have they conceded a first-half goal. Picking up points on the road will be key to whether Seville can really challenge Madrid for the title or not.

The price on offer looks too good to ignore and a straight Sevilla victory is the betting choice. Alaves have lost most meetings with top-half sides here this season and this looks too big a gulf in class.
