Revealed: The England U21 squad’s playlist for the European Championships
The young Three Lions start their tournament later today against Sweden, with Aidy Boothroyd’s side looking to follow in the footsteps of the U20 England side that won the World Cup last week in South Korea.
And ahead of the game, the official England Twitter page revealed exactly what sort of music would be played in the changing room this summer, starting with today at the Kielce City Stadium.
Many players have gone for the latest hit music, with Angus Gunn and John Swift opting for Drake’s ‘Passionfruit’ and ‘Blem’ off the Canadian’s recent album ‘More Life’.

However, many of the young starlets have decided to go for a few throwbacks, with Leicester’s Ben Chilwell choosing Chris Brown’s ‘Forever’ and Southampton’s Matt Targett going for Oasis’s worldwide hit ‘Wonderwall’.
One man who may come under some stick from his team-mates is Everton’s Mason Holgate, who went for one of One Direction’s opening hits during their days as a band; ‘Best Song Ever’.
